It's not even been 1 day since i signed up for 1 year plan but I really love what I am experiencing. Very happy my decision was right.
2 things I like best about your service:
1. SPLIT TUNNELING FEATURE on the GUI program.
* This is 'THE FEATURE' I was always dreaming of when I was on another VPN service for months!! I think you guys have to improve this feature for perfection.
2. FAST SPEED + GOOD PRICING

It would be helpful if you could put in a footnote early in the instructions to show the several nanmes and passwords required . I probably stupider than most but it didn't dawn on me for a long time what the descriptins were. To one without vpn experience, it is quite baffling.

Dear all at PureVPN,
I have a subscription for your base service, I bought it so that I would be able to watch Italian football (soccer) matches from outside Italy, via SKY GO.At the moment I can watch the games through your service, but the streaming stutters a lot. It stutters so much that I don't enjoy watching the games.
Is there something I can do to improve the streaming performance?
I just saw that you're now offering a SmartDNS add on which supposedly does just that. I also saw that you're now offering the add on for free to the new subscribers of the base service.So I'm writing you asking if you would consider enabling SmartDNS for me for free. Otherwise, I suppose I'll have to cancel your service and start using paceVPN, which offers smart DNS for free with the base package.

Seems like my vpn is either working very slow or just getting stuck.
The "data received/sec" section os always showing "0", but before it use to show bigger numbers. -

should be a auto change ip feature and your ips are the same ones need alot more for marketing purposes or to be able to choose the IP

I would suggest to change the appearance on the "P-key" in the menu bar on iOS between a CONNECTED version and an UNCONNECTED so I can see directly if I have a VPN active or not.
Also the "Remember password" doesn't work for me, even if it is checked and the correct password is in the box I still have to reset it. Bugs me a little.Otherwise great service!

I have been experiencing constant drop outs with PureVPN and it never reconnects again. Worse, once the dropout has occurred, it doesnt even let me allow clicking the "connect" button. I just have to quit and restart the app. This has been happening more frequently now over the last few weeks.
I would appreciate fixing this bug please.
