Not reliable. Watching the BBC it constantly drops out or freezes. I'm better off downloading. I want my money back. Have not commented on any social media yet.

I would like a refund. Your VPN on my laptop continuously disconnects and I can not get it to work on my iphone and ipad.

I just wanted to say thanks. I ordered your service for various reasons. I Torrent, I bypass Internet Restrictions and watch NetFlix at the GYM, and I use it to purchase Video Games from Russia/Ukraine/Mexico at a cheaper price and play them in the U.S. and your service is escellent for all of them. Currently I'm using the Split Tunneling feature to play a Russian game in the U.S. and it makes the process seamless!!! (And this is a feature I didn't know you had when I signed up!) so...Thank you!

This morning several websites would 'connect' but not display a page. The moment I turned off PureVPN, it displayed instantly.
NBA.com, Tigerdirect.com. Not digging that! Better fix it or I will drop your service. -

Just paid for a 1-month subscription to try the PUREVPN product. I lived temporarily in Macau China and when I connect the US TV VPN, it connects fine but then I go to a US TV site like CBS.COM to watch episodes or to hulu.com and it says I'm still out of the country.

Hi. I have only just subscribed to your servce, but already i am finding it very user unfriendly.
I have down loaded the soft ware and fin dthis very confusing.
the live chat is very long winded, as i am sure she is chatting to more than my self, he is not under standing parts that i say.
your email support is very slow.
you need to work on things like talking to custamers without useing jargan . we are not all computer tech's.. how do i know im contected to your service and protected. very dissapointed with this service ... -
