Performance of the Netherlands server is still lousy. Websites fail to load. I'm forced to connect to the Belgium server.

I have experienced great problems and wasted several hours in trying to set up my purevpn connection etc.
I am a new subscriber (November 15, 2014) and wanted to be able to use BBC iPlayer TV using purevpn.
I have paid 49.95 USD and hhave been told today by NcKenzie (your online Service Agent to delete all purvpn programs !!
This follows many hours with various of your online agents requiring details of
Protocol etc.Finally I could not connect to purevpn because of the stated error :
VPN 2146762481 exception of type DotRas.Ras Dial exception was thrown.
I was then told to delete the purevpn installation ! and re-install.I am not a comuter expert and these detailed requirements are not
appreciated for a simple purchase of your system. I am very disappointed . -

Hi!
When I using VPN, I can't watch video online, the way shows me that the connection is not good. I tried to choose other country, and I hope the connection can get better, but that was not help.
Would you like to do some help to me.

I purchased a 3 day trial. So far i have noticed that it keeps disconnecting. That is a huge problem obviously.

Login on PureVPN Client doesn't work on Mac OS X. PureVPN app login doesn't work on the iPad and iPhone apps as well. Wasted my money on the 3-day trial.

Your information for addons like smartdns is horrorable.
There is no pricing information before activation.Without this i will never activate any addon.

A previous feedback question asked about purevpn hardware.
I thought that hardware which allows multiple slow or unreliable
internet connections to be combined, giving you one stable IP address to the
outside world would be very helpful. -

Dmitri, I uninstalled, rebooted after moving the new install file from the link you provided to my downloads folder. Unfortunately, clicking it gave an error and then the file went missing. Please re-submit the link and I will note it before I reboot. Thank you! Steve in Seattle, USA

Dmitri, You gave me a link and I clicked and downloaded but after uninstalling Purevpn.exe (it removed the folder in Prg Files) I moved ther installation file from your link to my 'downloads' folder but when I re-booted, clicking the link caused an error message regarding access and then the file went missing. If you will please provide the link again, I will note and save it before uninstalling this purevpn.exe software and re-boolting. I trust you don't mind sending me the link again.
