Hi,
Untill now the UI screens and links on my mac, ipad air2 and windows are not in every way convincing and telling me that this is a top of the bill product.
The only convincing starter was the free version with 3 servers. Well done on that side. When I decided to buy the yearly unlimited my problems started. Hopefully mentioned issues can be resolved.

1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

I bought the product on your website nad not through the app store after a long survey of differend suppliers but some issues are disappointing. If I open dialer in mac after entering my user name and password I still see in tab billing info as if I had to buy the article. No information about reports and history of the now bought product is shown. When I tried your product your company made a free account without me being able to change the info there (name and password). In my ipad this leads to always having to enter my bought credentials and then the dashboard switches to unlimited. Would be nice if you could fix these issues so I can use it without always having to do things manually.

The speed of connections are rather slow in recent days.
Appreciate if you could provide me with the newest PureVPN List of Server IP (USA).
I am hoping to use the newest IPs for faster connections in China.

I've just reset my password, closed VPN, re-opened it and tried to login with my new password but I'm getting an error message saying login and password don't match. I've opened both emails I received from Pure and used the link in the email to try to login but it doesn't let me in.

Pure VPN has worked correctly at the beginning....after it doesn't work...i cannot submit a tech ticket...i cannot chat with the tech support...i am too disappointed
