Hi -
[Ticket ID: 179243] Connection Drops
I'm still having trouble with disconnects in both the decidated IP and dynamic IP clients.
It seems that most of the time the clietn reconnects but sometimes it does not and ultimately never reconnects.
Can someone raise this to a higher level as I ahve not gotten a response on the problem as yet.

Guys I paid my monthly subscription with the invoice 519846 starting with 26 of January. Still can't connect cause I don't have a username and a password, so I lost a day from my subscription. Do you think is that correct? Please email me my username and pass.

Hello,
I am experiencing difficulties with my VPN on my computer; it seems to function somewhat on my phone but it will not work on my computer for more than 1 minute before disconnecting on the page will not load; is there something I can do to make it work?

I do have a couple of questions or they can be considered acomplaint.
One, I use a Torrent - Kickass Torrent and ever since I downloaded your program, I have been unable to download
anything from music to movies from this site. Why? Is there a torrent you work well with.Two, when being in El Paso, Texas, your system allows to me to continue on the internet
but will not keep a signal from my own modem. So therefor Iam unable to download again any musicand movies.

Using vpn on mac I encounter the following issue. If I switch to different server although dashboard is on default mode of remember me, I again have to manually fill in my password, user name is already filled out. It does not remember my password when I quite the program and start it again. Time consuming issue and not user friendly. I always have to fill it in when changing to different servers I suppose.

Hi,
If I close the program and after some time start it again in a new session for temporary use, my already sent info on the router is again asking the same question. Would be nice if it could be saved and not asked again when I have made my choice in an earlier session.
