I used to love Pure VPN but for the past several months this service has been horrible. No matter what VPN I connect to, the connection lasts AT MOST half an hour. I can no longer stream shows or movies, and when I try it's an endless cycle of buffering. Now, although my password is saved as 'remember me', I have to enter my stupid complicated password that you provided for me EVERY single time I try to connect to a VPN, even if no connection can be established. If the user name and password are already entered, why should I have to keep entering my information? That's stupid, wastes time, and is frustrating. I've been patient, and I thought that maybe my internet connection is the problem. I tried connecting in many different locations, yet your service does not provide lasting connections. This is ridiculous. You should evaluate your software. I will not be paying for your shoddy VPN again, nor will I recommend you to anyone.

The Windows program seems to drop the connection with no indication. I notice that it happened if I happen to look at the purevpn Window, which is not often after I've started the program. Obviously, that makes the use of your service random and therefor unacceptable.
Right now it is unconnected and "Web Protection" is Inactive.
However, if I close the program you display a message at the bottom of my screen stating that it is still running. What the heck?

As my free trial is nearly up I went on to your web page to pay. It rejected my email address as already being used!!!
I suggest you put a button on the application, like here, that simply says "pay now" no log ins or anything else as you are already logged in by running the application and having access to the new button - simple
Honestly after all the frustration of trying to download and install the program and now I can't even pay I am sorely tempeted to try a different brand!

I was talking earlier with the amazingly patient Albert. unfortunately the system went down and we were not sorted. He spent over two hours talking us through getting Pure VPN onto son's ipad. Going to retry tomorrow.

I am trying to use UK Amazon Prime video whilst in the US and it appears to have started to detect that I am not in the UK and will not run. Is there a setting I can use to avoid this?
