    I still can not use, can not connect to sites, servers. Sites such as youtube take 15 mintutes just to laod th epage not even a video

    Since I have installed this I have not been able to open and of my webmail sites.
    I have sent several emails to support, but have not received any response.
    I have sent a cancelation notice because of NO SUPPORT and again, have never received a response.

    This is the worse!

    Connection was lost frequently, really annoiying.

    The function such as automatically re-connectiion using the previously settings can be added to the APP setting.

    I like the list of many servers you have. The only problem I have is the Singapore server that I want to connect to tend to be unstable. It keeps disconnecting me when I'm playing my games.

    Once the stability is resolved, then it would be perfect.

    Hi
    I have had a nightmare time trying to install PUREVPN as my computer needed a System Restore. For some reason I am receiving emails from all and sundry including Spam but nothing is getting through from PUREVPN.

    I have made contact with you from my home and school computers using two different addresses on both. Also using the PASSWORD FORGOT key as well as the LIVELINE.

    All to no avail.

    I then had a moment of lucidity and reinstalled PUREVPN. My computer informed me it was already on but it does now seem to be on.

    The "P" icon up there in the bar on a mac is not really usefull. Sometimes it disappear even if the client is running. Do you know if there's any way to have the pureVPN client in the app bar at the bottom of the screen?
    If not I would add it as feature request for Mac

    Show protocol, especially when connection is set to automatic.

    Make log accessible. I stumbled onto it under "Support & Packages".

    I wassometimes connected to usny.pointtoserver.com

    If I was trying to break a New York blackout for local sports teams, I'm guessing that this would cause that to be useccessful.

    I can't change my setting and option in the app. It's locked.
    In this tatus, Pure VPN is uselesse and i lost my money!
