The Mac client has many problems but most of the time I can use it.

About Split Tunnelling there seems are problem, below are the steps i tried.- Enabled Split Tunneling and removed Mozilla Firefox from the list.
- Connected to PPTP UK thru the PureVpn software.
- Opened Chrome and Firefox simultaneously. Tried some websites.
- Taobao.com is working normal speed and connects China website thru both of the browsers.
- In both browsers Facebook is blocked. So as Youtube.It seems when i split the connection into two browsers, either both browsers are connected to purevpn servers, or both are disconnected.
I could not well understand if i am doing something wrong.Is there anything else that i can try ?

I accon activate the tuneling mode. Although I rune PureVPN as administrator, it stil asks me to do it.

PUREVPN.COM is now nothing but a joke. Nothing is coming through at all and there is none of the following:
1. working emails via Yahoo, Google or even MS Outlook
2. Customer service repliesBasically after giving you several chances and wishing positives thoughts a plenty it is time to give up.
Return my money paid and be lucky that I'm not seeking compensation for heartache as I have been unable to connect with UK to speak to family either!

The connection is now so bad that I can't even go to the live connection. I really think that the time has come for a refund. If you look back at the short time I have had Pure, it hasn't been a good experience and now I'm not receiving answers to my questions and today haven't been able to connect my questions to you. No live support either.
Please cancel and refund my monies paid, I hate to say but Astrill was slightly more reliable.Regards

Is there anyway to speed up my signal. I have 30MB here in China but only running at 0.27MB max.

I have been having dreadful problems logging in and I have to reinstall PUREVPN every time I open the computer.Anyway, I have paid for 30M speed but have noted that I'm receiving 0.03M on average. Is there something I can do to speed everything up?
