    Wife purchased Lifetime VPN for $69. Supposed to be good for 5 devices in the home. Boots me off as I log in.

    I have a dedicated US IP address account with you but there are times when I need to come from other countries. the pure VPN app does not make it easy to switch from one to the other without me having to connect via my OSX 10.9.5 system. Your upadated app does not run on my system so you may have uodated that problem by now but its a pain for me on mavericks.

    Dear Pure VPN

    Your current IP address(es) to Australia appears to have been blocked (for some time now) by the ABC to prevent access to their iView site. Are you able to do antyhing about this? Whilst Pure VPN access to this particlar site remains blocked, I am not able to use your service for the purpose for wich it was principally subscribed.

    Hi, I purchased this product for express reason of watching ABC I view as I am currently located in Malaysia. Despite successful connection, IView still believes I am outside Austalia and will not play. Live chat made some recommendations, all of which I tried without success. As per your policy, I would like a refund for my purchase, regards Steve

    Very sorry to say that I have to turn off my laptop MacBookAir often several times before I can connect. I also tried to get into maybe an upgrade but never manage to get this going! Tx for suggestions

    All related to the newest Macintosh client.

    1) No way of knowing connection status by looking at the menu bar. Industry standard for this type of app would be a change in menu bar icon.

    2) Show dialer is redunant with Bring to front. Who designs this, or who QAs? "Show dialer" still does nothing until you "Bring to Front."

    3) The app 'used to' allow you to change locations w/o the hassles and waits associated with manually disconnecting, waiting, choosing new location etc. That was the best thing about the desktop client. Now that is gone - please restore that funtion.

    4) I am here because some unknown reason. you desktop client signed me OUT and have no username/password handy to inpt...and you do not allow customer to modify username or password.
