    why are the singapore network not stable ? ping is going up and downlike crazy !! and its to high ! before its running 120 now 160-150

    I have subscription and want to use sites that are currently blocked from over seas The reason for joining this network and i received a notice that the site I wanted to use recognize an anynomous address and that I would have to turn it off inorder to access the site. I thought that is what this network was suppose to do was enable me to access USA only sites from over seas. Am I accessing incorrectly,

    Hello,

    I am a french expatriate in Germany.
    I have a 1 year purevpn account.
    I use the VPN to get Netflex and MyCanal (canal+) has it is in France.

    Twice a day, we have low speed on the internet through the vpn. When we stop the vpn, the speed is very good.

    Then, I would like more real france server to improve speed.

    Why does it not say I have a free year besides the first year I just bought.I signed under the $49.95 column it said we get afree year.

    OSX and iOS: PureVPN should automatically try to reconnect when interrupted by network outage or else....
