Hi. I am having trouble with the Android app (including the update from today).
The app gets to authenticating and then just freezes. Not all the time just most
times. I am using the windows app now which is working just fine and it is
possible for me to start a connection manually. My userid is purevpn0s244265.

At least I think I'm Gold, but maybe not...
Anyway, your icon the the menu bar is crap. You should add a green dot in the circle of the 'p' when the VPN is connected/working and a red dot when it is not. This would be very useful and apparently not hard to do as a lot of programs have such dynamic icons.

BUT NOW ... is inconceivable slow !!! is been happen for a month already!

Constantly have trouble connecting, and frequently am disconnected. Incredibly not stable, and I am getting less and less happy about contacting your support. I'm doing this on a Mac, ISP is Topway, and it is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!

We have been extremely dissapointed with the connection of purevpn. We have not been abe to access out Netflix on many occassions, so will not be renewing or reccomending this VPN as it has been an extreme inconveniance and a waste of money.

Please have PureVPN open on startup with Secure DNS activated. Currently, it requires me to manually start the program in Administrator mode, which I sometimes forget to do. I would prefere PureVPN to start up automatically with SecureDNS activated.
Without Secure DNS, PureVPN fails some DNS leak tests (dnsleaktest.com). -

Pop-up box error please reinstall pureVPN
it flashes/disconnects/resets and does not connect.

Hello,
Your VPN service is wondeful and I have no complaints, but your client for windows (I am using windows 10) leaves a lot to be desired.
Quick connect takes me to random countries even when my last connection was to (Australia - fasterst server) when click the "cancel" button 80% of the time the program hangs and I have to open Tesk manager to kill the process. Even then I get a notification telling me that pure vpn is still running. THat notification actually covers the hidden icons pannel, so I have to close the notification to enter find the purevpn Icon and close it from there. Then I restart. All the while my internet is connected without VPN protection which is obviously the whole reason to pay for a VPN service.
I tried using the BETA internet kill switch. The one time that the switch was triggered I was unable to get "any" internet connection. I uninstalled the program and was at a loss until I remembered to check windows firewall and I had to remove the rules from there so that I could connect to the internet. This is sub-optimal.
I will keep using purevpn for the rest of the month. I don't want to have to try another company as I have had very positive experiences so far, but if I am not offered FULL protection then there is little point in having a VPN at all.
This is only a problem with your client so it's not unfixable. I hope these problems are fixed.

I can't connect to only HongKong(SAR) Server.
I am getting 812 error.
error says the connection was prevented because of policy configured on your RSA/VPN server...
What is the reason?
