    Why has your VPN been soooooo slow the last few months??? First I was unable to connect to China and received a response from you stating you had problems with your China servers but now it seems ALL the countries I have been connecting to are all SLOW! (US and UK). I have a Gigabit connection to the internet but this drops to a dismal 0.X Mbps when I connect to your VPN and do a Speedtest.org. PLEASE HELP! Thx!

    The MAC Dialer keeps disconnecting leaving my traffic exposed.

    I am using OSX 10.11.1

    The IOS Dialer keeps disconnecting also.

    I am using IOS 9.1

    I have the impression your service is best suited to those using Windows. Maybe I would be better looking for a service with better support for MAC users?

    vpn fails to connect with either server type
    program keeps asking for my credentials
    whole system is very unstable, I am getting very frustrated with the operation
    is there an update for mac to address these problems

    It would be very helpful if the interface comes with Chinese, as I can understand, but some of my friends suffered from understand the interface. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I'm honestly not very happy with the service. Even with the 'Fastest ...' setting I can get a maximum of a third of my bandwidth and most of the time it's below 100kB/s, so less than a tenth of what's possible (e.g. for streams on youtube).
    Can you comment on that or give me any tipps of what kind of countries to use?

    I constantly have connection issues. Program will regularaly drop out. Is this normal or is it my shitty internet connection.

    I have paid license, I think premium. Program acks as though I am on free verision. Keeps suggesting I get premium. Let me know my status. Thank you.

    I'm trying to stream video from Finland and the connection speed is so bad that I can watch 10 seconds at a time.

    I'm stationed in Italy. I've been using PureVPN for over a year. Most of the time it works ok. But there was a month time that it wouldn't work for Hulu. I was told to use SmartDNS. I tried it and it worked. Now, nothing is working to connect to Hulu. Why do I constantly have issues?

    I just paid you $60 and installed PureVPN.
    I need it URGENTLY for biz trip to China this Sunday.
    I cannot get connected.
    Error message 691: cannot verify my user name & password.

    PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

    OR REFUND MY $60

    I just installed this on my asus Notebook, windows 8.1.

    HOW DO I GET THIS VPN RUNNING.

    Hi, I very much like your vpn and have switched many friends to it. The only thing I would ask/suggest is that in some way it could load faster, if it can please advise as it could just be me . I have it set to come on at startup with my password in network config. Many thanks Dennis

    Your VPN doesn't work well...

    On many french sites, they keep considering me as outside of France... Yet it does work on few sites.
