I keep getting this message:
"You do not seem to be connected to the internet. PureVPN connection could not be established. Would you like to try again."
I then have to go through the process of entering my password again and then try to connect. I am having to go throught this process repeatedly, without success - please advise what I should do to be able to reliably use your service.It is becoming very frustrating. -

i cannot check mark the box for "connect after launch", it seems grayed out, maybe this is the problem with the program constantly and repeatedly asking for my password - please help

The application (MacOS El Capitan) almost doesn't work. I press connect - nothing happens, or it just crashes.
It used to create PureVPN Auto connection in network settings. I deleted it and it can not restore or make a new one (I deleted when tried to fix crashes) -

I don't have a suggestion but I do have a question.
How can I getb PureVPN to save my log in info so that it will log in automatically when it runs automatically?
I input my info and saved it, yet, I have to reinput it again on startup.

Is the Package I'm indicating correct?
Still having problems maintaining and reestablishing connectivity.
when computer hibernates connection is lost and always asks for my password before it will reconnect and then a lot of the time it doesn't want to connect.
Also the P icon at the top of my screen does not change in any way to indicate whether or not it is connected.
I have listed these deficiencies before but have not heard anything back. -

Purevpn used to work really well. But nowadays it rarely works without some kind of complication. It won't let me connect to PPTP, when it does allow me to connect on L2TP no webpages will load and lastly I can no longer choose what city I want my server to be in. I used to be an extremely satsified customer but now I am the complete opposite.

I'm unable to stay connected on my iphone when outside using either Optimum WiFi hotspot OR my provider service. Also I want to ensure that the proper setup is in use on my macbook as well.
Can you send over proper config info for me to try?
I purchased a lifetime account for my wife and I to use. Want to get the value from it!

It is absurd that this Program works only for on-Demand content websites. It is impossible to watch live sports events because the server you provide is unstable. I want my money back.
