    Hello,
    We use the VPN on a daily basis but for some reason today we are unable to connect on any of our devices.

    Can you confirm if there is any issue at your end as our connection looks to be ok.

    HELP! Your VPN cannot be accessed from desktop nor iphone from China since 6 hours ago. Live chat is also not connecting. Pls advise what the problem is. Thanks.

    Hello,

    I am having difficulty connecting to VPN servers. For the last several months, I haven't had any trouble at all, but today, I am unable to connect to any of the servers. Can you advise me as to why this may be happening, and if there is a way to fix it?

    Hi, I recently had a lot of truoble connecting (from Shanghai, China). Today I totally fail to connect to your servers (I tried a lot of different servers with different protocols) from China. Can you please help me with technical support? Are you aware if updates in Chinese Firewall etc?
    My past experience was that Japan servers were fastest and most reliable for me, but also havent worked well, and not at all today.

    All the time your vpn disconnects and asks repeatedly for my password. I usually uconnect to Sweden and get admails and offers from Swedish companies.How is this possible that a swedish company can track my emai address when I use your vpn There must be something wrong in your connection software. pls enhance it. I regard pure vepn as useless

    hello my name is ulwadami from lagos city nigeria west africa, i just downloaded free tryer of pure vpn i have done all the necesory setup and i enter my username and password but still can't connect, i have try my best , if i click on connect now button, it will write connecting but this might take several minutes and at the end the connection will drop down, please what can i do? i want to try pure vpn to see how good it is and i want to join the marketers group if this app really serve me up to my taste, i will also go to prenium virsion, please awaiting your urgent reply, thanks a lot

    I have installed PureVPN on both mine and my son's computer,.. howevcer at different times.

    then his computer has options from drop down menu like for connections to :-

    fastest USA via Asia etc.... while mine doesn't have such.

    Are there different versions or what have i done different??

    Please advise... seems like his connection is much smoother and faster than me connecting via USA fastest server.

    Which is wtihout Fastest USA via asia.

    your vpn connection recently does not working at all inside of China, nothing is working enabling to connect the vpn.
