The VPN is not working in mainland china, I use it on a laptop and a cell phone. It has been down since 01 FEB 2016 8PM beijing time

My pruevpn wroks fine. However, since yesterday I keep getting VPN error 800 and unable to connect at all. I tried in office and at home. Same error.
How to solve it. I am in Tianjin, China.

Dear Whom it may concern.

I found that I could not connect to VPN and I tryed to connect mannually by following the instruction which you informed me by email.

To be honest, I was even not able to read the instruction which was hyperlinked in your email, coz I used other VPN Program to read it properly.

I followed the instruction and input a uk server dns manually

But still I have the same issue.

Please help me.
