I CANT ACCESS VPN FROM CHINA SINCE YTD..ANY WAY TO TROUBLESHOOT?

why i could not use the vpn from 31 JAN 2016????

I am your custom from China. Everything has been going well since I
bought your VPN service a couple of months ago untill this morning.
I could not log in any VPN site such as Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong
and Taiwan which have been my favourite sites to use. The question is
what happened and how could I deal with it?

Starting from Feb. 1, 2016, I cannot connect to purevpn from either my cell phone or my laptop. The message I kept receiving is error #800 when trying to "verifying username and password".

Hi! I can't use purevpn recently(probably two days ago). Is there any connection problem with purevpn?
With Pc it says verifying username and password and stuck that status for 2 mins or more..
With IPhone it just failed to connect the vpn server.
I have tried many internet connection but it still doesn't work, so I need to send this message to see if you guys can fix that.

Becouse of New CHINA great wall effection, I can't connect vpn network still now.
You sent me a mail connection problem fixed and instruction ,but I can't see guide page is also blocked by the China great wall.

I still can connect it two days ago,but it doesn't work today and yesterday.
I have tried to restart my computer and router,close my firewall.But nothing happened.

Hi,
PureVPN has been out of function since yesterday.
I cannot connect to any of the servers in all modes (PPTP,L2TP etc) and also with & without encryption.
I also restarted the program a few times and rebooted the computer but its no good.
Please see to it ASAP!

Now I just received the Email for connection probelms in China.
Unfortunately I can not open the Link for fixing the problem.

from 1 Feb. 2016. I could'nt establish Purevpn connecitons.the connecting
porcess just proceeded to password verification phase, after that i got
a prompt: the VPN tunneling can'not be established .

Hi, the purevpn is available since yesterday. i dont know whats going on.
