    Dear all,

    This is really very slow, service is very bad also.

    May be I'm in China - Shenzhen but i'm not satisfied.

    This is the second year of my membership with PureVPN and the last few months of this year so far have been really poor when trying to connect through PureVPN.

    I live in Beijing and in the past few months have only been able to connect to PureVPN a handful of times. The rest of the time it is not possible.

    In additon, now I am finding it harder and harder to connect using my laptop.

    Even trying to 'chat' to you guys doesn't work. The chat says please wait and then nothing.

    This is most frustrating and I'm beginning to wish I hadn't taken out another year with you.

    Perhaps you would be so good as to get back in touch with me to see what can be done.

    china server can't connet,and it isn't in china,in pakistan actrully.

    Since couple of days I cannot connect from abroad to skygo (Italy). After activating the vpn the skygo site does not open. If I switch off the vpn and I access the site I can, but the site understands that I am not in Italy and does not deliver the content.
    Can you please help?

    Netflix seems to be geoblocking me from using Netflix in other countries such as the US, England and Holland.

    Do you have a fix for his?

    I believe I am using the 'stadard' but I could be wrong and would like to know. I was just wondering why my vpn connection occasionally cuts out.

    To Whom it may concern:

    Pure VPN has not worked for me on neither my computer nor my mobile device in weeks. Is there any way that this may be fixed? If not, I would like a refund for my one-year account I purchased in September.

    It's not working! Every time that I choose a VPN of china mainland, it turns out that its real adress is in PAKISTAN, EEUU or somewhere else but NOT CHINA!

    I have had trouble connecting almost from the time I bought Purevpn
    I cannot connect.
    I cannot change countries.
    I am beginning to think that this product is useless.

    I am unable to connect to HULU any longer. I had in the past, sporatically, but now I cannot at all. Did something change?
