    Hi,
    I experienced continuously loss of the connection. Recently, I cannot connect to any server. In other word, my PureVPN doesnt for me at all. My location is in China. I use PureVPN for accessing blocked websites.
    Could you help me solve the problem?

    I have been unable to connect using my VPN all day. I understand that sometimes there may be some outages but I haven't gotten an email stating such. I am currently deployed overseas and now have no way to talk to family on the one day that I get to talk to them. I have tried connecting numerous times and just feel that I purchased this VPN because it was the best and because I figured if I paid good money that it would work. Any insight on how to get this problem fixed would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi
    I use Japan Fastest Server.
    When I use this in first, My ip is 172.94.27.*.
    But now is 43.226.228.*.

    Can u please let me know why the ip was changed?
    It means everytime change ip block???

    Hello from Japan,
    I downloaded PureVPN in order to watch Netflix from here, and it only worked for 36 hours... After that their system detected my location and blocked my access to movies, series, etc., because of "region restrictions"... Thought PureVPN would be efective but it only worked briefly from here...
