    Hi,
    it´s been a while since I found a trouble when connecting to your Spanish servers.
    You have 2 servers in Spain, one located in Madrid (188.xxx.xx.xx) and the other in Barcelona (154.xxx.xx.xx).
    This last server usually does not work properly and the connection works really slower compared to the server in Madrid. There is no way to watch streaming or even browsing at a decent speed using this server.
    Could please amend this problem as soon as possible? or at least, could you explain to me how I can connect ALWAYS directly to the server in Madrid?

    I downloaded the latest mac version, 1.99.9, and am not able to get this configured correctly. There are no obvious instructions updated on your website to use this new version. Please advise.

    I live in Indonesia but my original country is Italy. I pay Sky tv in Italy each month and I have installed pure vpn in order to see Sky go from Indonesia. But most of the time when I try to enter in Sky's home page there is a error from the server.
    what is it happening?

    hello! I used Purevpn since last year. i fell it is ok previously, but it has some problem these days. it is very difficult to connect, and it is very slow, and it just can be used less than 5 min then it will diconnected, then more difficult to be connected.
    hope can help me solve this problem.

    I just upgraded my mac OS to 10.11 and I can't get on PureVPN, says it isnt installed correctly. I need to reinstall but I can't remember my password. Here is my username:
