    Hi,

    I really love you guys and your services and to prove that I did paid for 1 unlimited year option twice in a row. The problem is you guys dont give the mac appliction an attention like the windows app , the purevpn application on windows looks awesome meanwhile in mac look like 90's software. I hope you update the app frequantly just like the windows app.

    I have had no luck with your earlier instructions for a refund, I have had no use for the VPN since it would not let me connect to the sites in the USA so I wish to cancel my subscription which I have been trying to do unsucessfully over the previous few months, please help

    Hi a few additional thoughts on the Dashboard question about PUREVPN pre-configured Router
    ?would this work with verizon Fiber Optic Service?
    ?would it allow a FIOS direct pass thru to certain devices?
    ?would it work with my Vonage VOIP?
    ?would it have a user interface to help manage devices

    Hi,

    My username is purevpn0s1735030. I have just renewed my vpn service today by subscribing a two-year plan. But I can't connect to any vpn servers. The message returned said it cannot verify my username and password. Can you please look into this?

    Unfortunately I have not been able to connect to the VPN server and would now like to give up on the whole process. Can you please advise as to how I quit my subscription and cancel my account ?
    Please keep it simple, I am tried of all the back and forth emails to support.

    This is totally unacceptable. I have not had VPN in probably a week
    and even then it has been fits and starts. I am a teacher and I desperately
    need to get onto google. What can you do to fix this problem?
    We will be coming back to the USA this summer and when we return to
    China in the fall we will definitely NOT be using Pure VPN. Our account is probably
    in my husband's name Roland Johnson
