    a few months after subscribing for two year period i have serious misgiving about PUREVPN. I have not been able to properly use this service since i bought it. A few hours ago i sent a request for hepl as my dashboard on my computor was not working , I was advised to uninstall the app and re install which i did. not i cannot connect at all ,Ihave tried to contact your tech department and cannot even send a message now ! quite dissapointed

    Your vpn doesn't work to watch Netlifx from singapore, which is the only reason I paid for it. I'd like a refund, I've been trying all night. Sorry guys, but I want my money back.

    Hi

    It would be great when I hover the cursor over the Pure vpn icon in the system tray that it would tell me which country I am connected to.

    The connection to Switzerland is extremely slow. Actually I subscribed to this VPN only to watch zattoo.ch. But it's impossible to watch due to the very low speed. What I noted is that the Switzerland via USA does not work at all.

    I am still, after about a year, unable to watch Swedish programs- am told I have to be in Sweden to see certain programs. Have connected PureVPN with "fastest Sweden" - have reinstalled, do have the password. Am totally frustrated and wonder why I bought the lifetime package?

    Hello, please postpone my paid
    Monthly Subscription from 30/06/2016 - 29/06/2018 to 29/08/2016 - 28/08/2018,
    because Fabio from your company wrote me email where he promised that
    if I have my previous annual subscription (paid in summer 2015), which expires in
    28/08/2016, not 30/06/2016; PureVpn agrees to extend me 2 years more after
    the end of my previous subscription.

    when you use "connect to fastest server around the world", you should be able to see clearly what server/country you are connected to. I suggest putting it in the status or IP up above (you could have a link or popup or something (or just mouse over dialog).

    Many times, the world map does not show the connected server.

    I was chatting with Franklin and all of sudden the chat disappeared??? I was able to get connected to Houston as I wanted to but need information about Pure Vpn's router?

    Hello. Help me please to extend my subscription to PureVpn.
    Last time I paid 49.95 USD for 1 year, in 28 August 2015.
    Next Due Date: 28/08/2016.
    That is, I want to buy now a new period, but I saw your new offer -
    60 USD for 2 years, this looks cheaper than 50 USD/1 year.
    But if pay today, I am afraid that my new period will begin from today
    as well... I want it to begin from 28 or 29 of August 2016, because my
    previous payment is valid until 28 of August, neither today,
    nor some date in the past). That is, my new period doesn't have to
    overlay (overlap) on the present one. I would like it to last 2 years
    since the end of August... this July and almost all August were covered
    by my previous payment, done in 2015.
