I have spent over 3 hours in the last two day waiting for chat tech support to cancel my subscription. Log on takes forever and serveice is very slow and unreliable. That is reason I want to cancel my subscription.

First, your servers in Canada do not work. Then, your Support system refuses to accept a Support message. You can deliver service and support for the money you take.

I am unable to use your service, despite paying for 2 years in advance. I have tried and tried to get help from you but only get daft suggestions like " enter name and password manualy" as if I hadnt been doing that for hours. You have been less than helpful, I am still without a service and how you stay in business I don't know. All my requests are classed as Low priority. Although I am unable to use the service I have paid for. I can't even get my money back as you refuse to accept the name and password you have given me. I am going to attempt once again to see if your willing to help.

A potential useful feature would be if the software could cycle throught the list of servers.
So connect to server "A" then ten minutes after the software disconnects and reconnects to the server "B" and so on and so forth.
This is useful for example as internet services like mega.nz restrict the amount a person can download from one ip address (this is even applicable to an users own files) having the purevpn automatically change server after a set amount of time would solve this problem.

I have been having trouble using vpn while connected to interent. Can not figure out how to trouble shoot ? Can I get some assistance.

Hello, could you explain me in details, how to install your VPN on my
Smartphone with Android 4.4.2? Your VPN works well only on my desktop
and laptop, but Smartphone also allows to get connected to VPN in theory.
I know my user name and password, which identify my paid subscription,
but I don't know type of VPN, server address and all other specific data,
which Smartphone requires to introduce. -

we have the gold package and the dedicated server for access to Hulu. It has been working until this morning. It is now giving me an error that it's trying to access through an anonmyous proxy tool. Please advise. Thanks!
