Hello, is there any server adress or good way to access western social media in China. I know some other vpn clients like Astrill have American vpn's optimized for Chinese users. Does purevpn have this too?

I can not access the National Lottery website as it tells me I am out of the country. I though your vpn solve this issue. How can it be solved?

I am having very little success using your VPN service.
I often have had no end of trouble trying to connect to servers.
I see the program is trying to do something but often some form of error is finally returned.
If I actually manage to do connect I am pretty much unable to do ANY surfing.
I get connection errors, timed out errors, amongst others, reported.
To be honest I am feeling this has been a huge waste of money for me. -

I am from Austria and do working in China. I need a Server in Austria for Login,
so I can watch MaxdomeTV.
In your promotion box was standing also Austria, but I can not find a Server
from Austria in the choislist here from VPN client -

repeatedly, and in the past days regularly, it happens that with active PureVPN
connection even simple browsing in Firefox is not reliable. This menas, some
WEB sites are loaded promptly and completely, but others are not loaded even
after periods of about a minute (but loading is also not aborted with a note of, for
example, 'Server not available' - rather it tries to load ... to load ... to load ...)
or are not loaded completely (almost endlessly tries to load still missing contents).
When such an "endless" loading is running and I disconnect PureVPN, this loading
of the WEB site becomes successful in moments!I use PureVPN application for connection and have tried various settings. Most,
I use "Protocol - Automatic", "Purpose or Country - Germany Fastest Server".I'm not amused to be restricted by PureVPN.
==> Please advise me how to bypass or workaround this issue.
==> Is there a compact and almost complete documentation about the various Setup
scenatios of PureVPN? This means a one-document manual in contrast to your
multi-page tutorials on your WEB site.I hope to hear soon from you.
