    I have subscribed to your vpn annual package for over 7 days. I first subscribed while in Hong Kong and downloaded apps for my Android phone and Nexus tablet. Since returning to China, the apps are not able to be opened. If so, they get stuck at "waiting for server reply" stage. I am waiting for your suggestions to get around the China firewall.

    Hello there,

    I am sorry this is not going to be a positive feedback. I am very disappointed in
    your service, I experience constant disconnections, can't watch BBC (one of the main reasons
    I wanted a VPN) and the service is slow. I am only glad I've subscribed for just a month
    to see how it goes, now I can switch to another provider.

    I have to keep entering in my password everytime I want to connect despite the fact the password is saved and I have it set to automatic connect. It's annoying because it's not a my password, it's an assigned password so I have to look up the password everytime I want to use the vpn.

    i cannot get started on the mac having bought the package.

    cannot scroll through servers - blocks on this,

    live chat not available

    cant email you because server doesnt work.

    At least five of PureVPN's American based servers are being blocked by WordPress.
    I have not had a time to try every American based server.

    the VPN is no longer workings for sites like Disney and ABC who are detecting it and not letting us watch shows anymore. This makes me sad, as the reason for the VPN is to stay up to date wtih our family an friends show-wise in the States.
