    This is a very valid request and should be given priority. All locations were available in the past and then suddenly removed. I have particularly subscribed to PureVpn for the purpose of using Amazon Fire TV as the locations I am interested for were available at the time of subscribing. Now my five year subscription does not make much sense as I am not getting what I have paid for. Thanks.
