  1. Please find a way around vpn detection for netflix. Its basically useless for streaming now and thats a critical function.

    VPN rendered useless with Netflix. Find a way aroubf VPN detection.

  2. Please restore login display on windows app & Delay termination of old app version

    There are several things that I want to convey to purevpn, and these are very important for the continued convenience of your customers.

    1. ask purevpn to restore the login display on windows as in the previous version. where we can login using the account username, credentials, or email. this certainly makes it convenient for most users. for various reasons that make them comfortable. To be honest, many people don't like the look of logging in using authentication like this. i think this is impractical and very complicated,

    2. Please postpone until the next few years the termination of service on Windows…

  4. Ability to select city locations for dedicated IP servers

    The distance between a client's device and the VPN host location is crucial for a fast data speed performance. Currently, when a customer orders a dedicated VPN with port forwarding service, after selecting their home country, they cannot further select the city locations within their country (& thus are randomly assigned). While this is not a major issue for smaller countries, for BIG countries like Canada, USA & Australia which can have cities more than 3000 km apart, the ability for a customer to nominate a location for their dedicated VPN server is very IMPORTANT for an optimal data speed…

  5. Reset/restart dedicted server

    I face connection issue to my dedicated server many times a day.

    The only reason behind this is my server faces some session stuck error.

    Please provide some mechanism to reset/restart dedicated server in such case.
    This can be a button in desktop app/web app or some command. But it is really very necessary.
    Please pay attention to this as we dedicated server users face many issues because of this.

    Need to remember and locate previously selected applications

    Setting – minimize to system tray (don’t ask again)

  13. Add language support for the PureVPN website

    Dear PureVPN

    I request to take into account adding language support for the PureVPN website, it is only presented in English after logging in, it represents an inconvenience for those of us who have a different native language and we must help ourselves with third-party tools (such as a translator ), this will make it possible for a mainly beginner user to find precise instructions and options to configure their vpn and feel more comfortable when interacting with the website.

  18. prevent malware or virus on downloaded executable

    suggest zipping and encrypting zip file with the windows executable with it. this would prevent infected downloads.

    The only reason, why I've signed to a five-year plan was due to the Slovenian VPN server (virtual). It has been a long time since you removed it and nothing has been done so far to reinstate it. I feel betrayed and sad...

  20. Split tunneling in Linux family OSs.

    As you know, users of the Linux family of operating systems are on the rise. I encourage people to ditch their Windows and Mac OSs - and, they are doing-so. What we really need is a split tunneling option through terminal.
