Android interface a bit difficult to navigate when trying to choose/select a different country
I find the android interface a bit difficult to navigate when trying to choose/select a different country. For some reason I can’t seem to get the up/down selection for a different country without toggling the mouse mode on. I would like to be able to see each country highlighted properly and be able to use the normal up/down arrows. Just a minor irritation.

VPN gateways behind the GFW in mainland China, which actually work.
VPN gateways behind the GFW in mainland China, which actually work.
While I would like the ability to see behind the GFW, I don't really
like the fact that your company is headquartered in China. Hong Kong is
effectively mainland China, so I will continue to assume that PureVPN is
a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chinese government until you exit.

My suggestion would be, please update and clean up your help section.
Your server list seems outdated. I have copied over the name many times in different configurations and it just will not connect or load. IP address has changed so frequently that it's just difficult for those of us say on a router who have one address programmed in there to keep getting a successful connection.
The help section also has different OVPN files for different operating systems and devices for their broken down into holding new versions. Is that really necessary?
Wouldn't want to file a work for everything since most people are probably copying them over into an app…2 votes -

Split tunneling has the option to only allow selected apps to use the VPN.
split tunneling has the option to only allow selected apps to use the VPN.
I'd like the option to exclude selected apps to use the VPN.
At the moment if I chose the option I have specify which apps I want to use the VPN and remember to add others as I install them.
With my option all newly installed apps will use the VPN and only apps I've specifically excluded, like banking apps, will not use the VPN. This way I'm protected automatically by the VPN.

If yearly subscribers can give a temporary key to friends and family for limited hours
If yearly subscribers can give a temporary key to friends and family for limited hours, this will help to bring a new audience for Pure VPN and also sharing a month invite doesn't work for everyone as they don't understand its use at that moment of time.

The IKS does not work always.
The IKS does not work with any other protocol than TCP. With TCP works great and reconnect always in time when the internet connection is active again.
With AUTOMATIC protocol, with UDP and with IKEV protocol, does not reconnect if the internet dropped(usually with a "No internet connection found" error). With wifi on or data on is the same thing.

Shorter term special sales
The features you should add are...maybe shorter term special sales, 3 years for the price of 1.5?

Disconnect feature
There should be a disconnect feature that disconnects the network connection when a VPN session terminates or resets but doesn't auto connect.

Add DNS server automatically on MacOS app
Mac OS App should automatically add PureVPN DNS to list of DNSs on system. Currently, I need to add it manually in order to get VPN working. If I lost the DNS address, I would not be able to connect to VPN

Smart Tunnel to allow access to a local IP to make use of a local NAS
Please can you enhance the VPN client so that the smart tunnel capability will allow me to specify and connect to specific local IP address where I have my network attached storage location. I want everything else to go over the vpn - but to maximise storage potential access to local network storage will be a great capability .
For me, I only want that storage device and it’s associated IP accessible from one machine, hence I do not want it available to others, nor do I want to re-configure my router. (as It’s an ISP provided one)

Implement IPSEC/IKEv2 route based VPN for routing entire lan via the VPN
If you don't plan to implement Wireguard protocol, which I really suggest you to do (given other vpn providers do it), please at least let us implement route based ipsec ikev2 vpn to route entire lan via the ipsec tunnel.

Upgrade linux client
Currently the Linux client uses ifconfig, ifconfig in a lot of distributions has been deprecated for a while.
for instance when running;
purevpn --disconnect
I receive the following error on Debian;
sh: 1: ifconfig: not foundthis is because debian uses
ip
and notifconfig

Channel bonding (like Speedify)
Another great feature would be the ability to bond different connections together (e.g. ethernet, Wifi, Cellular) to send the ip packets through these channels concurrently. This:
a. increase bandwidth,
b. reduce hiccups,
c. and enhance security as it would confuse statistical analysis of traffic.
Indeed, it is for these reasons, and it's fantastic application, that Speedify has become my VPN of choice. If all these three features get implemented, I believe you would end up with a very formidable service, way ahead of the crowded competition—as you would offer greater responsiveness, speed, and security.

Website Speed Checking
It can happen that those websites are experiencing slowdowns. It would help if you set up a service where a user can check if the website he is trying to connect to, is experiencing problems on its own as seen by users in the same country. It would be useful to be checked against a service in the hosting country aimed at verifying the speed we are going to.
