Avoid the constant changes of dedicated IP addresses, since I purchased my dedicated IP a couple of years ago PUREVPN has changed my addresses at least twice. Dedicated IP addresses are purchased because client wants to keep that address, otherwise, we as clients would just pay for a regular VPN.
