City switching in your region. Easily being able to switch cities in your region would be a big help in case your vpn location is slow!

Kill switch in linux command line app
I would suggest to implement a kill switch to the command line interface app you have for the linux OS. Especially in server systems that need kill switch you do not offer one, like the ubuntu server os

Let connection be established without starting the app in Windows
To establish connection at windows10 start the PureVPN app must also be started. This is unnecessary.

Indicator lights.
If the developers could create indicator lights for each servers load value would be helpful. For instance green light for low load and yellow light for medium load and red light for high load.

Kill specific app or process when VPN connection drops
I used many other VPN providers and their apps provide a feature that kills a specific app or a process when the VPN connection drops. Like if you are using WinPcap client and the VPN connection dropped, it will automatically kill the WinPcap client. I know you have the "Internet Kill" switch which will disconnect from the network when the VPN connection drops but as a security guy I have a very strict settings on my laptop that blocks any third party software from executing a system function or command so this feature won't work for me and I'm not…
