I used many other VPN providers and their apps provide a feature that kills a specific app or a process when the VPN connection drops. Like if you are using WinPcap client and the VPN connection dropped, it will automatically kill the WinPcap client. I know you have the "Internet Kill" switch which will disconnect from the network when the VPN connection drops but as a security guy I have a very strict settings on my laptop that blocks any third party software from executing a system function or command so this feature won't work for me and I'm not keen on allowing specific software to perform a system function so the feature that I'm suggesting would be very useful.
