How about providing an unblocking smart & nimble DNS to fulfill the streaming needs?
A DNS feature, which allows to configure on a VPN profile to setup, for eg.
BBC = UK
Amazon = DE
HBO = US etc etc
The Advantage will be that, by setting up a VPN router one could connect TV devices without having to switch manually the countries, the Minute the BBC site had to be unblocked, the service / setting must take care of it (and so on).
