[Chome] Bypass PureVPN for LAN addresses.
It could be nice that the Chrome plugin could bypass the VPN for local LAN addresses (like 192.168.0.0/16 or 10.0.0.0/8).

Please, add exception list for local hosts (for developers required). Now it tries to open local hosts via proxy and surely it cannot open it
