How can we improve PureVPN on Mac?

Make the connection I marked as "favorite" the default

Every time I start the app, Netherlands is the default. I don't use Netherlands, never have. Please make the app use one of the favorites I selected. Or make it use the last connection.

    In addition to the above problem, when I have VPN open, the preferences tab is not selectable.

    I am in the US. I am trying to watch French programs. Although France is my favorite, I always get the Netherlands.
