    Hi,

    I have a mac, is there any way I can use purevpn so that I don't have to keep entering my password in the pop up box each time I disconnect and reconnect?
    On my PC it would go through automatically so long as the password was saved on the dashboard.
    I'd be happy to see this changed on a future release.

    I can't seem to access US ABC Go online no matter which of your suggested use modes I use for the USA. Can you please tell me how best to watch ABC on my computer via your service?

    BBC IPlayer now knows that I am not in the UK but when I first purchased PureVPN a few weeks ago it allowed me to watch and download programs.
    What could be the issue and the solution?

    I paid for annual serivce, but I am really disappointed with the speed and the frequent disconnection problems, even the free ones are better, what is the problem?????
    This is so badddddddddddddddd. I am from CHina by the way.

    Hi

    I use PureVPN mainly to get access to the BBCiPlayer. It works perfectly on my iPad and iPad mini. However, on my iMac the connection often drops after a few hours. Sometimes I can just press 'connect' and get back on; other times I have to switch protocol type first and then reconnect. No idea why the iMac is more troublesome. Thought I'd let you know. If you have any ideas, would be great to hear from you.

    Overall, the service is excellent, especially the c24/7 ustomer support. Thank you

    Hi

    Can you please update the Pure VPN OSX client so that it automatically reconnects without a dialogue box stopping reconnection?

    I often find my connection dropped and I working on highly confidential business documents and emails while in Vietnam and now for a fact that I am being monitored and followed on a day to day basis.

    (I think I have a standard package). Just purchased today and it's too difficult to set up. Followed set up tutorial and options provided by you do not appear on my Mac. Online chat person was not able to help. I don't want this, it's too much trouble and request a refund. Please expedite and advise.

    Hi,

    I purchased purevpn just under a month ago, to use in China for the next 5 months. But the last few days I have had some real problems connecting. If these problems continue, I would like to ask for a refund so I can get a more suitable vpn. Is this possible?

    I have already paid for 2 years but I feel like it is a mess, my vpn desconects itself allthe time and harddly work on my devices wwhile all my friends have no problem with theirs and it is not very pleasant since I haave to work.

    1- I'm logged in and connected. Why do I need to repopulate my email, name and coutry when submitting a suggestion ? (and there is no place to cut an dpaste from ).
    Since there is no auto-fill capability, I get to submit everything in one ticket.

    2- If auto-reconnect is unchecked, and a connection is dropped, need a pop-up that indicates VPN is no longer connected. (otherwise someone may not be aware connection was dropped)

    3- If auto-reconnect is unchecked, and a connection is dropped, need a pop-up with a link to local file that shows why connetion was dropped (signal sent by ISP. disconnect sent by Pure? Loss of connectivity to ISP? )

    4- firefox. win7 on a peecee.
    How to get VPN to load prior to firefox starting up ?
    FF starts and show the IP it is using when it starts. It is the local ISP. After VPN starts, a refresh in FF shows an IP used by the VPN.

    5- no way to include screenshot of Dashboard issue i was seeing.

    Highly acclaimed site I heard mentioned on several privacy podcasts.
    They have high standards for VPN providers they recommend.
    Privacy -> VPN. Several non-US VPN providers are listed. Pure is not. Why is that ?
