    Dear support center,

    I can't connect to my vpn and the system keep showing me a message of error 691. But I used the vpn user name and password as yesterday. Could you please help me with this problem? Thanks.

    I'm in China and the VPN is running fine on all sites besides facebook, I mainly bought the VPN for facebook so it is a little annoying.

    is there any reason why my internet downloads in the past few days have slowed to about 10% or what my normal rate would be...? I've tried using multiple sites and different countries but its all the same...every time I ping and do a speedtest I get almost 10-times reduction in speed and rate...not happy

    I'm just purchased 30 days PureVPN today. But after connect the services, I found out PureVPN doesn't have onling Game connection. Such as US West Coast Server or US East Coast Server. And the PureVPN Windows UI didn't explain how the 5 simulaty login work. If PureVON can support some US server online gaming services, I think there will be more businese come to you.. Because I still fresh to use VPN, like PureVPN, many things probably misunderstanding, the tutoried was so basic, have you get some more detail how to use the VPN? I joined PureVPN casue some players's suggestion, but it's look like didn't work. The Lag still extremt high. I will keep try to figure out how to use at these 30days. 30days after, will be depanding how I'm understanding the services and how the quality of the services. Thanks!

    PureVPN is not as Good as before, The whole Australia IP addresses on PureVPN are no Longer Australia but UK and USA.

    Please do somthing about these because I can't access my Online Banking, SPorts Bet and PayPal account outside Australia while am on Holiday.

    It would be good to be able to vary the size of the PureVPN window. The fixed width and ESPECIALLY the height is a problem when using it in smaller screens. The top of the bar is off the visible screen and the bottom portion containing the "about us," "privacy policy," "suggestions," is also not visible. I have 2 monitors and the second monitor is larger. Otherwise, I would not be able to write this note to you. It would be good in future updates to be able to vary he size of the window. Thank you.

    Currently I experienced constant automatic disconnection after I turned off my firewall and swithed the commucation protocol of the pure vpn. Why?

    I have a 100mb line which I get the full speed from except when I use VPN. Regardless of which country I use. Any suggestions?

    I can't ascess my U.S fast server, instead of me getting U.S fast server, i will be getting iserel fast server and i don't like it, thank u.

    Hello.
    My copy of Purevpn does not seem to work with the new windows 10.
    I get the following message "An unhandled exeption has occurred"
    How can I solve this?
