    Hello,

    is there an option in settings to keep the VPN connection alive when switching to another windows user? (Win10) If not, this would be a great additional function.

    I want to watch B.B.C. iPlayer and do as your instructions but each time i get the message "BBC IpLAYER tv PROGRAMMES are available too play in the UK only.
    Find out why. If you are in the UK and see this message please read this advice.

    I have before been ablel to access this but for the past two days I am receiving this message when trying to access a programme on this Player.

    Hoping you can tell me what perhaps I am doing wrong?

    Please make PureVPN stable again.
    My connection drops all the time and will not connect again until I exit PureVPN.

    I tried logging into a VPN in Virginia and the IP was registered to Chicago. Please fix!! I tried many other states and about half of the IPs I was assigned to were located in the state that it was supposed to be.
