    Is there more protocols for Mac than PPTP and L2TP, in my version I don't see more. In PPTP slide names of the countries are not in alphabetical order, it would be nice to have it so.

    When im downloading using Vuze my download speed goes from 2 MB/s to 15 KB/s.
    Or a simple download which take 10 min becomes 10 hours.
    Can you help

    I am from Israel and travelling a lot. Please add a VPN service enables you to connect from Israel.

    Israel is a startup nation I am sure there are a lot of customers wishing to connect to the internet as if they were in Israel

    I'm not satisfied. 10% of Astrill by speed and bandwith. Support ok, but Router still not work after use your manual.-
    In totala soso, from 10 points maybe 3.

    Programme is very slow and keeps cutting out. Have tried settings as per your help page.
    Advice please as thinking of cancelling subscription.
    Also, can I use the programme on two computers as advertised?

    hello,

    I am having issues connecting it keeps asking ofr my password which i have to enter many times to get it to take it isvery annoying and cumbersome. I run it on mac. Please help

    Mac is constantly disconnecting from the VPN. Have the mac software installed as well as certain VPN servers set up manually. Either way I stay connected between 1-15 minutes before disconnecting.

    I see no servers in or close to San Francisco. Do you have plans to add servers in that location? I live close to San Francisco and I need a server within 50 miles of my home in order to avoid problems with Facebook.

    I have been disconneeted constantly. I am just about ready to cancel my subscription. fix this or just go out of business. I DONT CARE BUT DONT WAST MY MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT WONT WORK
