    Rugby World Cup, ITV Player, Saturday at 12:20 West Coast Time. My connection is over 7mbps, connected via fastest method on your app. I am getting 3 seconds of program then 10 seconds of freezeframe while it buffers. I've speedtested the connection at this end and it's fine. This does no live up to your promises of quality!

    AS stated, every time I connect I stop receiving data.

    I have a dedicated server/ip or whatever.

    I have dissconnected and reconnected many times and it doesnt change.

    My internet connectivity is fone when I am not using the vpn.

    also, dont have a live chat button on your mac application, and then end it to a billings pages, its such a dick move.

    and your support ticket sections is also screwed, i get an error when I try to submit a ticket

    i subcribe for a year pure vpn but i cant login to my computer ever since i have subcribe i recieive a message saying: file part not found in path due to ios settings, please is there any configuration that i need to do on my computer before it works or is there any help u can render to me cos my subcribtion still remains

    Hello, I would like to see some inactivity function for purevpn!

    For instance: When watching a movie I have many times fallen asleep, only to wake up to my computer being on, after the movie has ended.

    I would rather like for my comp. to go into hibernation/sleep when inactive, but Purevpn keeps my computer from hibernating, due to not turning itself off.
