    Excellent service very happy with the product just 2 suggestions. i follwed the tutorial for manual mac setup but had to change the protocol to L2TP before i could get connected, maybe include in the tutorial that if you cannot connect try switching to L2TP. and another quick suggestion, it would be nice if the P icon at the top of the screen had a colour scheme that indicates you are connected, say it could be green when you are connected but change to red if it looses connection just to make it more visualy clean if for some reason the app disconects itself.

    Please provide a 100% issue free support with OSX El Capitan. Now it does work, but is has some issues. Cheers

    I'm really sorry to say that the quality of Italian server is very very low. I'm trying to connect from USA but I cannot practically use it. I chose this service to watch Italian TV, but it is practically infeasible.

    i am using purevpn for unblocking websites but your service doesnt work most of the times. i cant connect to your servers. you are the worst vpn provider i have used so far and you still claim you are the fastest.

    Hello, thanks for your incredible service that you provide!

    I do have one problem, running Firefox with Split Tunneling, I know it's still Beta, but it's crashing almost only when I'm browsing Facebook about every 5-15 minutes.
    Works normally when not using Split Tunneling.

    Recently connection from China has been extremely unstable. Is there something you guys can do about that? I need to download a business presentation from dropbox, and I have been unable to do so. Thanks! Also, what is the recommended server to connect to from China?

    I had used purevpn(for windows ver 4.1.2.0) before purevpn was version up to ver 4.2.1.0.
    Usability fell by version up.
    Is it possible to down version?

    Hi, I tried to use your service to watch an italian tv program on
    http://it.dplay.com/bake-off-italia/stagione-3-episodio-5/
    But even if I connected through an Italian proxy, I got the message, that the video cannot be viewed from my current location.
    My assumption is that your italian servers are on some kind of blacklist.

    I have United States picked but it keeps connecting me through GERMANY! WHY??

    It's not letting play certain things. Last time before I get my money back.. what a joke.

    1. Let me choose which server
    2. Make - on Windoze machines - an icon, like that of Android, that the VPN is connected.
    3. If I choose Internet Kill Switch, why, when the machine 'awoke', did it not reconnect?

    I want to watch Austrakai Channel 7 streaming live, but it detects vlus-au.pointserver.com as not in Australia.

    PureVPN service works extremly well. Very good up and download speeed on the fast US proxy connection.

    It would be nice if the split tunnelling worked on the destination IP address. I do not always want all connections to go over the VPN from one particular application (such as Firefox).

    I am a paid customer. Don't have time to chat.. Prefer email. Just wanted to let you know that I am in China now. will be here for7 more days. I have a computer and a tablet with Pure VPN. The computer is able to access everything in the internet with the vpn turned on but my tablet cannot access the Pure vpn servers. Previously, in the U.S. the table worked fine with your vpn, but here in china, it won't work. The program just tries to connect and it finally quits. The tablet is a Kindle Fire HD. Any suggestions?

    something needs to be done with your p2p servers
    when i connect downloads are not workin, when i disconnect downlaods work fine.

    have I wasted my money ?
