    The "menulet" - for Mac - has no indication of being connected or not. Not nice at all. One should be able to glance at the menu bar item and see the connection staus.

    I have no idea what "package" I am using. I have just signrd up. I was not offered any "packages" from which to choose.

    my paid connection is not working on my macbook pro anymore , Why ? I only upgraded the OS to OS X to EL Capitan .. Please Help .

    The mac software is pretty bad. Can't you just offer a single click connection to the favorites servers on the first page?
    Can't you display it as a regular window instead of having to click in the menu bar and "Bring to front"? In the present situation it disappears under other windows and the icon is sometimes not displayed in the menu bar.

    i have tried to get the web protection by activating the wifi connection so my wifi is encrypted, but try after try it will not activate. this is the first time that has ever happened as long as i have had vpn.

    i am finding this product very difficult to use, connection drops out all the time. cant install on my ioad or iphone, instructions are very difficult to follow. I need someone to show me how to use this product. where can i get help in person??????

    this program is starting to really piss me off... im not getting any decent connection speeds from any servers, and your live chat does not even load... this is so shit!!!!

    Please fix the Switzerland Server.

    Upon connection the speed is very low and Websites keep thinking I'm located in Russia.

    WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH YOUR SOFTWARE!!!... some times the connection is solid... for hours on end, and then MOST of the time, its impossible to maintain a connection from ANY server... this software is so spotty
