    on my mac, your application is failing to connect and keeps forgetting my password even though i asked it to save my password.

    it says that the ptpp-vpn server is not responding and i should check my credentials

    how can i resolve this issue and connect

    After putting in details of my reuter and I click on connect, I get a mssage saying (The groupe or resource is not in the correct state to perform the request.)
    followed by another message saying ''Virtual reuter could not be started''

    Hi, I am very glad to use this Vpn to "open" my eyesite and help my work.
    But I found the addresses are not very accurate to the Ip locations. For example, when I choose the address "Los Angeles" and find the real IP location could be Chicago or somewhere else.
    Chould you please make the line much more accurate?

    It 's cann't work at all

    Even you connected it just a little kpbs speed (1-50kb)

    I paid yesterday(11.7th) ,and I ask to the refund 10 minutes later

    Worse than the free VPN.
