    beta software on mac (1.99) - it does not seem to have an auto-update or even a 'check for updates' option - how do i force a check for update / update the beta software if necessary?

    using the beta software on mac:

    - option to automatically reconnect on disconnect. at the moment it just shows a pop-up, and the pop up is even in the background.

    - option for dns to go through vpn

    - secure mode, monitor ip address, and block internet if the ip isn't correct / vpn is not up

    - option preference to show/hide ui from the dock (i like to be able to command-tab to the app)

    - remember password option. Even with the password entered into the ui - it is still prompting me each and every connect (including after disconnects).

    - show on the ui which particular server i am connected to, be that buffalo, or new york, or london etc.

    improve the interface to avoid continued downloads or browsing when the vpn disconnects. this defeats the purpose for which i paid for the service.

    I'm aware you have the blocking routine in the event the VPN session is lost. BUT I must say by putting in blanket firewall rules to block all traffic is not only cumbersom but seems too invasive..
    Maybe a command to disable the NIC, or change the default route..

    But my suggestion is something of an alternative..
    In the event of the VPN tunnel going down how about a mechanisn which re-establishes the VPN session. Similar to the routine of auto connection when the VPN client starts after a reboot.

    Hello,

    I have PureVPN on my Computer and Android Tablet.

    You list HULU in your software but neiither of my units seem to get the connection. Always "not allowed in your country", PLEASE respond to why this is not working?

    I have written by email before but no response.

    When I choose a Norwegian server for maximum security with L2TP protocol then the IP addresse I'm assigned is american and not norwegian. That must be a bug. Please fix it asap, thanks.

    Over the last 6 months, connections to all UK addresses have become increasingly slow to the point where streaming is now more or less impossible.

    Nothing has changed with my mac setup, and I have repeatedly emptied my cache.

    What is going on with your service?

    the site I'm interested in is now not accessible once I am connected to your server (I get the message 404 error).
