    I find that in general the average speed of the VPN provided by purevpn here in Beijing (Wudaokou, specifically) hovers around 0-1 kb/ sec. Sometimes it spontaneously shoots up to 2500kb/ sec for a minute or two, then plummets back down to 0-1kb/sec before disconnecting.

    What I'm trying to say is that the PureVPN is terrible out here, at least. Also, the PureVPN app that I installed for my phone does not work at all.

    Probably should not have signed up for a year of premium-whatever membership...

    just wondering why your apps in appledifferent with the windows apps because your apps in wndow much2 better than apple apps..i using window for my pc using pure pvn its very copatible for me using ur pvn but for my laptop i using apple but not really helpul very lousy in apple internet become very slow when using ur pvn..please change to the same apps with window for apple apps..

    I'm your client... it has been for a few days now that even though
    it shows "connected", but I'm still not able to get on facebook or youtube, etc...
    any idea?

    I'm not happy with how this works. It does not allow me to make any changes when I go to the dashboard.. Please advise before I cancel my subscription.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased your monthly subscription, (with other email), what is my suggestion is, as we have to login to multiple browsers, it is not possible at present with different IPs, it can be possible with browser addons, please think about it,

    I have just upgraded my systemt to windows 10, the vpn does not work, it is telling me to install a tap driver by right clicking, i don't know where this file is to install can you help? thanks.

    Hi team,

    I am not able to use the chat function within the software.
    Each time Ｉ click chat, I got the error message that "The webpages are not available".

    Also, even The Purnvpn icon is shown as Green, I am not able to open my gmail emails.
    The pages keeps loading.

    Can you help to look into this issue?

    I hate this vpn. It rarley works. I paid for something that is constantly down. I will recommend my friends to use another service.

    Since upgrading to El Capitan OS I could not open PureVPN at all. I managed to reinstall it and now it is saying I need to install the help function but when I click through to do this it does not work. I do not know what to do now?

    Hi

    I like your service a lot. two things can in my oppinion improve the experience.

    1. I should be able to log in to my account through your web page and find my VPN username. I can not find that anywhere and ended up contacting your live support, which is awsome:) but should be unnessesary for me.

    2. Your app needs a killswithch. If connection is lost i want to close certain programs.
