    I cannot connect to VPN with all protocols. I have restarted my computer many times.

    Some 5 months after subscribing to pure vpn I finaly got smart DNS to work AND IT STREAMS MUCH BETTER than purevpn. But a number of sites on the system DONT WORK. For example TVplayer.com which brings toge4ther all the uk tv channels (BBC, ITV etc) does not work on SamartDNS. It also rarely works on pure vpn and when it does streemeing oftern fails.

    PLEASE get rid of the need to log in every time pure vpn is used. It is very annoying to the point that I would definitely move to another system on renewal.

    Hi!
    There has been something wrong with the Melbourne servers for about a week. These servers have been fine for months, now I can't get websites if connected through Melbourne. Sydney is fine.
    Just thought you aught to know.

    Hello,
    lately i was not able to watch the swiss tv at www.srf.ch after connecting to the switzerland server, any reason why that doesn't work anymore ? this is the main reason i use this service.

    Make the default setting for the kill switch to be enabled. I can't imagine leaving yourself open in case something shut down the VPN. Then you wake up in the morning, see you've been open to observation all night and wait for the knock on the door.
