Icon in mac task bar should be colored or have some other visual indicator that VPN is connected. Notification should also occur when connection is dropped.
Currently, the only way to tell is to pull up the dialer and see if you are still connected.

The stability is terrible the last couple of days, really pissing me off as Im trying to stream video which crashes every time vpn loses connection.
So far today I have tried 6 servers multiple times on both L2TP and the PP settings and have not managed to get connection for more than a couple of mins at a time.
Please fix it ASAP!

I have been trying to connect for the past 20 mins and am yet to find a connection that lasts for more than 2 mins. Very annoying as I'm trying to stream video which crashes every time the vpn loses connection. Please improve stability!

@shane From Server Selection tool you may select the Server and protocol like you do from the drop down menu at Dashboard. PureVPN server recommendation tool "Use Intelligence" is also available in same tab (only for windows). Server are separated by Countries under Browse all servers

I just wanted to say thank you for your excellent service. I have been a deeply loyal customer of VyprVPN for 6 years. But, when they could not seem to keep their LA server in regular working order, I took the 3 day trial for PureVPN. As much as I hate to say it -having survived China thanks to VyprVPN- I must admit that PureVPN connections are faster and much more reliable. I haven't had an interruption in service yet. And were I to subscribe on a yearly basis, your rates are half as cheap for double the quality. Thank you for offering such fine service. I hope that you are able to keep up the good work!

It would be really useful if the PureVPN client on OSX could use hot keys for most operations.
Common use for Purevpn is with XBMC, and usage without a mouse, or with a Apple Remote is fairly common.
Most apps these days have hot keys for everything. For example, CMD-C for the Connect / Discconect button would be useful.
