    When I have the VPN turned on I can't access williamhill.com

    @Marc C. Close You are suggested to connect VPN manually, using Mac default VPN settings and check and share the result with us. Also you are suggested to join us via our 24/7 Live Chat so we will assist you accordingly.

    The OSX client is really crappy. 85% of the time it never connects to the VPN. I have to stuff around for a couple minutes before it will work. The user interface is ugly, and although it is pinned to the top bar, it would be better if it functioned more like a normal osx app. Also it isn't retina optimised, so it is all pixelated.

    @David, Thanks for contacting us. Actually one computer could not get two IPs at the same time but only PureVPN proudly offers you the way called Split Tunneling to get two IPs for same machine at the same time. That is technical requirement to add the application first to the program / software and then Launch to get such result. Even if the application is added already you need to launch it from the software.

    Wouldn't it be much easier when you add the applications through the software for
    split tunneling that you dont need to launch it everytime from the pureVPN screen but it
    just automatically use the vpn when u launch the application?

    Hi.
    Love the speed of your service, but for some reason I can not get Hulu to work. I get an error message saying that the video library can only be streamed within the US. I know I am not within the US, but I figured that´s why I have you guys??
