My VPN frequently responds with "A connection could not be established to the PPP server. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator."
I haven't been able to connect at all today on this Wi-Fi connection. I have gotten it on every connection I've tried, mostly it takes a few tries to connect.

One improvement i would like to see on the client is a way for it to remember which VPNs you have connected to or a list to make it easier to connect. At the moment you have to go to the website to see a list of available servers, which isn't very handy. Even if it is just the client having a built in list then it would improve things alot.

I was very upset at first since I was getting through then the manager himself came and supported me through remote desktop through my isp I got 5mb through vpn I got 18mbps I was shocked and happy ......I will never leave purevpn until I have a pc with me :)

Your service is crap and your support team is lame u just want to make money and scam customers like me i asked for a cancelation on very 1st day of my subscription and what u did is put ur lame reasons and lame support avoiding questions wasting time so ur billing section pass 3 free day trial to pass by and CHARGE US right so u put up a offer a price not worth ur service benefits and available protocols or talent to support even via remote desktop i will strongly advice all TO AVOID UR SERVICE

I was using the service and your application till today but now it dosen't accept my username and password i think authoriazation servers is somehow not working.

A server speed test tool for upload / download and ping to highlight the best server to connect with would be invaluable. Astrill offers this and it was suprising how different each server would be.

unable to connect using PPPP.
