    To Whom it may concern, I purchased Pure VPN yesterday afteroon and tried to log on on my MAC. I keep getting a message stating "try to negitoiate a line" put i can not seem to secure a connection. I am very fustrated and would likd to get thid soretd. Can you please look into my carrount please. Thanks

    Split tunneling does not work for me at all.
    I would relly like to remain connected and only use VPN for my browsers, but although it says it is connected and I launch my browser from the application. It still goes through my ISP.

    I am watch UK tv from S.Korea but every few minutes the connection drops and then re-connects. Is their any thing I can do to stop this

    @Michael Taylor, Currently we are not offering OpenVPN for Mac but hopefully in near future you will get that option too. Our developers are working on it.

    I tried purevpn for Steam on windows 8 - it didn't work. Wanted to log in Steam with a US ip, but it wouldn't even allow me to go online. Just worked for my browser, so kinda dissapointed.

    Hi -
    I am having trouble with staying connected to the VPN. It kicks me off every few minutes and I have trouble connecting again. I woult love to know how to fix this. Thanks.

    I have some trouble connecting to Facebook and other social media cites even using your VPN.
