    Hi,

    I downloaded pure VPN in the UK so that I could use it in China.
    However, now I cannot connect, it says something about accessing with admin rights.
    Help please

    Your server (Brisbane) in Australia is too slow.
    It shows Digital Pacific Information Technology server.
    It is basically useless in 21st century.
    Because of that I have to use the server in Maidenhead UK.
    I made the speed test and I have screenshots of them.
    When a direct connection with Telstra gives me 8.22Mbps,
    connection to PureVPN Brisbane gives 1.77Mbps at the same time.
    And Maidenhead UK gives 2.30 MBps.

    (I have all the screenshot of these test. I can send them to you if you want)

    Because your Australia server is useless, if you can't use a better server I will not be
    using your service again and will not recommend it to anyone else.

    I tried the Android app on Singapore singtel network. It hardly work. Whenever i connect i really slow down the entire connection and once i turn the vpn off. the speed is stable back. I would suggest to increase more server choices in Android app like the one in mac client. I cannot locate singapore server through android app. Thanks

    I would like to recommend to make the tray icon red if the vpn is not connect and green when connect. Currently it is of the same color black and is hard to tell if there is currently a connection without opening the Dialer.

    While connected with LLTP from my iphone, google doesnt let me search in their site, saying that my IP is sending automated queries, how do I fix this?

    Please make the mac application able to be tabbed between other applications. Using the Command + Tab key command doesnt show the purevpn application. Can this be resolved?

    Hello,
    I recently purchased a month of you vpn. I have a problem with the internet connection speed. Originally my bandwidth is supposed to be 1 mb/s. Once I use your vpn and choose the fastest server available(Malaysia), I am only getting 300-400 kb/s. I wonder if you guys can help me to solve the problem
