Whenever I try to open the PureVPN software on my Mac (the one I've installed, located in Launchpad), nothing happens. The only way for me to open it again was to open the .dmg I downloaded. Is there a way to fix this problem?

This service is a total disaster, I must say. It constantly breaks my connection to the host servers no matter which server I choose. I have to reconnect every 5 minutes or less. I don't know how anyone can use this service at all. It is really frustrating when I'm in the middle of an important sessions (making a payment for example) and the connection just breaks without any warnings.

Can you please advise how I cancel my subscription. Apparently I am entitled to my money back within 3 days. As this service does not offer quality Australian TV viewing, I will need to cancel and look at other providers
